| It can be used for developing
of new methods and formulations and for small batch productions
by paint, varnish and ink producers. |
| |
| Working Principle:
|
 |
The necessary energy
for dispersion and grinding is transmitted to the grinding
beads by the agitator discs. The mill is fed continuously
by a geared pump equipped with speed control drive. The
adjustment of time spent in the grinding chamber is performed
by variation of the pump speed. The retention of the grinding
beads in the chamber is provided by means of an adjustable
dynamic gap separation.
|
| |
|
| With optimum utilization
of the energy input into the chamber for dispersion and grinding
processes, the efficiency of the MILL is in required level. |
-
Specially shaped agitator discs
provide a good energy input and prevent the
packing of grinding beads in one point
-
Cooling efficiency increased by
spiral flow of the cooling water.
-
Capacity of the mill depends on
the type of product and requested fineness.
-
Temperature control is possible
for heat sensitive products.
