Agitator Bead Mill for continuous dispersion and wet fine grinding of pumpable products with low to high viscosity. In our mill, the grinding beads are accelerated by the MIKRO Roto discs. The unique design of our disc guarantee a narrow dwelling spectrum combined with highest energy density.

 
The mill consists of a Double Walled milling chamber with Double Zone Grooved Cooling Jacket. The chamber is filled with milling media and equipped with specially designed MIKRO® Roto Discs mounted on the shaft. The HE series employs Dynamic End mounted Cartridge Separator system that is capable of operating with grinding media as small as 0.4 mm. The chamber is provided with Double Cartridge Mechanical Seal. The seal comes with buffer pump for cooling.
 

HE series has new tangential product inlet which provides streamlined product flow and introduces dispersion into grinding zone. This series is optimized with more milling discs and energy per chamber size and it is more efficient in terms of throughput. The ergonomic design allows easy access to grinding chamber components for easy cleaning and maintenance.
